Job summary

Hoop Nursing and Social Care in Pontypridd is seeking experienced Support Workers to provide exceptional care in supported living settings. You will deliver person-centred support to service users and collaborate with the wider team to ensure wellbeing and safety.

The role offers flexible bookings, competitive hourly rates with weekly pay, holiday pay, and ongoing onboarding support from a dedicated consultant. DBS & Social Care Wales registration are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year UK care experience.
• Experience supporting those with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
• Experience working in supported living facilities.
• DBS on the Update Service.
• Registered with Social Care Wales.
• Employment references covering the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to service users in supported living settings.
• Work alongside the wider team to promote wellbeing and safety.
• Maintain clear records and report changes in a service user’s condition.
