Job summary

Hoop Nursing and Social Care in Bridgend is seeking experienced Support Workers to deliver person-centred care in supported living settings. You will work as part of a dedicated team, providing compassionate support to service users with complex needs and learning disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year UK experience in Care.
• Experience supporting those with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
• Experience working in supported living facilities.
• DBS on the Update Service.
• Registered with Social Care Wales.
• Employment references to cover the past 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to service users in supported living settings.
• Work alongside the wider care team to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
