Job summary

Hoop Nursing and Social Care are seeking experienced Support Workers to provide exceptional levels of care in Port Talbot's supported living settings. You will deliver person-centred support to service users while collaborating with the wider care team.

We welcome caring, reliable professionals with UK care experience, especially those experienced with learning disabilities and complex needs. DBS on Update Service and Social Care Wales registration are required, with references covering 3 years.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year UK experience in Care.
Experience supporting those with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
Experience working in supported living facilities.
DBS on the Update Service.
Registered with Social Care Wales.
Employment references to cover the past 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care to service users within supported living settings.
Work alongside the wider team to ensure high-quality care and support.
