Job summary

Thera (Scotland) is seeking caring Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in community and home settings. You’ll provide personal and emotional support, help individuals achieve personal goals, and adapt to their changing needs with a person-centred approach.

No formal experience required; full training is provided. The role offers flexibility, weekend shifts, and progression opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with a learning disability using a person-centred approach.
• Provide personal and emotional support and help plan/manage home life.
• Assist with leisure, interests and travel; support in home or community settings.
• Work flexibly, including weekends and shifts; participate in sleepovers when required.
