You will join a dedicated team, with flexible hours and full training to support customers in the community.

You don’t need prior care experience; your values, reliability and communication will drive success. A full UK driving licence is required as you may work with customers across the community.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values and commitment matter.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Willingness to achieve the Care Certificate and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene when needed.
• Administer medications if required.
• Prepare meals and support during meals.
• Attend medical appointments with customers.
• Support social activities and independent skills.
• Maintain records and update care plans regularly.
• Ensure safety and complete training as scheduled.
