Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene as required.
• Administer medications if needed.
• Help with meal preparation and cooking.
• Support attending medical appointments and social activities.
• Assist with independent living skills and domestic tasks.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Maintain training and up-to-date with policies.
