Advance is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Lincoln to assist people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live the lives they choose. You’ll work 37.5 hours weekly, including weekends, and receive strong support, training and opportunities for progression within the organisation.

No prior care experience is required; your values and willingness to help are what matter most. You will be supported to complete essential qualifications and contribute to personalised care

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values and willingness to help matter.
• Able to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Commitment to completing Care Certificate.
• Able to follow care plans and maintain records.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Administer medications if required.
• Help with meal preparation and cooking.
• Support attendance at medical appointments.
• Facilitate social activities and independence.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans.
• Keep training up to date.
• Support with domestic tasks and laundry.
