Advance Housing & Support Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in Leicester.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract, plus a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, with a salary of £25,007.65 per year and benefits. You will help with personal care, meals, appointments, daily activities, and maintaining care records, while upholding Advance's values and care plans.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values and determination matter.
• Must be able to work in a team and independently.
• Must be literate and numerate in English.
• Willingness and ability to achieve the Care Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with meals, appointments, activities and domestic tasks.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Maintain training up to date.
