Orbis Education and Care Ltd is hiring a Support Worker in Port Talbot to help individuals with autism live more independently and with dignity. The role is full-time (40.25 hours) with day and waking night shifts, and pay ranges from £13.45 to £13.75 per hour.

You don’t need prior care experience—your attitude and communication skills matter. You will drive when needed and work with families and professionals to support daily living and meaningful activities in a supportive service.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families and professionals.
• Willingness to drive and support activities away from site.
