The role covers daily living support, personal care, and meaningful activities for adults with autism, in a modern service with self-contained apartments. Shifts include day and waking night schedules, offering flexibility.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. A driver is essential for transporting individuals during activities. DBS with barred list check is part of the role.
