Job description

Support Worker at Capability Scotland

We are seeking Support Workers for our Fife Housing Support & Care at Home services based in Dunfermline & Rosyth. Our mission is to deliver high-quality services tailored to the needs of disabled people, working in partnership to create innovative solutions that enable individuals to achieve their goals.

In this role, you will support people with complex disabilities to live independently in fully adapted residential settings, each with private or shared bathrooms and communal spaces. Your responsibilities include assisting with personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, mealtimes, and engaging in activities such as shopping, attending football matches, cinema trips, or themed days.

We offer flexible hours up to 36 per week, including day shifts, backshifts, relief, night shifts, and weekends. Drivers are preferred but not essential; costs for outings are covered if you need to travel with clients.
