Job Details:

• Position: Support Worker Female Only
• Location: St Albans
• Salary: £12.30 per hour
• Closing Date: 20/06/2025
• Full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week), shifts on a rota including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Must be a driver with a manual or automatic license

Role Overview:

Support individuals with learning and physical disabilities to enjoy their daily lives through activities like swimming, arts and crafts, outings, and shared meals. You'll build meaningful connections and support their independence, with the backing of a multidisciplinary team including registered nurses.

Ideal Candidate:

• No prior experience required; passion for making a positive impact is key
• Warm, empathetic, good listener
• Willing to learn and develop
• Driver with a valid license
• Prepared to assist in swimming activities (not essential but preferred)
