Join Our Team and Make a Difference Every Day at MacIntyre!
At MacIntyre, we believe in the power of individual voices and creating a space where everyone feels heard, valued, and understood. We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our team and help us create a welcoming home for adults with multiple learning and physical disabilities.
In this role, you’ll be part of enabling the people we support to enjoy their everyday lives by fulfilling experiences. Whether it's swimming, arts and crafts, dining out, or going on outings in our mini-bus, you'll support them in exploring activities that bring them joy. Sharing mealtimes and preparing meals together, you’ll build meaningful connections through everyday moments. You’ll also have the support of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team, including registered nurses, to ensure the highest standards of care.
Every day at MacIntyre is an opportunity to make a real difference. Many of the people we support have limited verbal communication, so you'll learn to tune into the subtle ways they express themselves. Your kindness and attention can brighten someone's day in ways words can't—rewarding you with smiles, laughter, and the joy of being understood.
Who is this role for?
No previous experience is needed to become a Female Support Worker. What matters most is your passion for making a positive impact. Every day offers new opportunities to empower and uplift those we support, and the rewards are invaluable. We’re looking for someone who listens well, shows empathy, and is in tune with others' needs. We celebrate equality and ensure everyone feels respected and in control of their lives. With your dedication and willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and ongoing support you need to succeed.
Join us at MacIntyre, where we’re creating a world where everyone is valued, and together, we can make every day meaningful!
Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorships as we await further guidance from the Home Office. Applications requiring sponsorship cannot be considered at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
