Your new opportunity
Our Renfrewshire Supported Living service in the Renfrewshire area (Paisley, Johnstone) is looking for part-time Support Workers to assist in the provision of individualised support to adults with a wide range of disabilities in their own homes.
As a Support Worker, you will be supporting the people we support with all aspects of their daily lives, which includes personal care, household tasks, taking part in activities and interests, physical health, emotional health, and well-being.
Working pattern will vary depending on which service you are assigned to. Typical shifts would include:
Early shifts (mornings), late shifts (afternoons/evenings), day shifts & sleepover shifts. Please note we manage shifts on a rotational basis where staff work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the people we support and will include working weekends. Sleepover shifts are paid at an hourly rate and can also offer extra earning potential. Night shifts are paid at £13.58 from 12 am - 7 am.
There is robust training within Quarriers, and you will have a named mentor to support you with induction.
