About the person we support:

We support an active young lady in her 40s who enjoys swimming, sensory keep fit classes, bowling, cinema, and listening to music. She values spending quality time with her family and lives at home with her dad and their two spaniels. A patient support worker who isn't afraid to sing nursery rhymes would be a wonderful match.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting her to live her life according to her wishes and achieve her goals.
• Assisting with personal care, medication, wheelchair use, food shopping, and meal preparation.

Shift Patterns:

Day shifts: 8am-10:30am and 3pm or 3.30pm to 8pm (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Day shifts: 9am-8pm (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Shifts may change due to service closures and respite care. Rota provided 4 weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
