Remote Travel Advisor

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Remote Travel Advisor.

Our Remote Travel Advisors play a key role in our travel team by building itineraries, crafting emails, performing hotel rate checks, arranging concierge services, corresponding with suppliers, and building relationships with our trusted supplier network and clientele.

To be successful, you should have a passion for travel and a desire to inspire others to make their travel dreams come true.

Responsibilities

1. Support in writing emails to clients
2. Research destination, culinary, and activity recommendations
3. Coordinate with suppliers to arrange curated travel experiences
4. Create and maintain client travel documents and invoices
5. Complete travel arrangements for clients with air, hotel, car, and ground transportation vendors at the lowest fares
6. Utilize preferred vendors to minimize expenses
7. Participate as a team member to assist with all travel service functions, including ticketing, itinerary processing, clerical tasks, and travel credits

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business is a plus
• Relevant travel industry experience and knowledge
• Passion for travel
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-driven and capable of working remotely
