Remote Travel Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Remote Travel Advisor to join our team.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Building itineraries and crafting emails
2. Performing hotel rate checks and arranging concierge services
3. Corresponding with suppliers and maintaining relationships with our trusted network and clients
4. Supporting in writing emails to clients and researching destination, culinary, and activity recommendations
5. Coordinating curated travel arrangements with suppliers
6. Creating and updating client travel documents and invoices
7. Completing travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, cars, and ground transportation at the lowest fares
8. Utilizing preferred vendors to minimize expenses
9. Participating as a team member in all related functions, such as ticketing, itinerary processing, and handling travel credits

Qualifications include:

• A degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business is a plus
• Relevant travel industry experience and knowledge
• A passion for travel and a desire to inspire others
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
