Job Title: Facilitator

The role of Facilitator offers an excellent opportunity to work within a national team, successfully engaging participants who face barriers to employment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Report to the Service Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:

  • A relevant teaching or training qualification, or extensive practical experience in facilitating online training.
  • Experience in delivering learning and skills programmes to groups, supporting young people to achieve their goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachability, adaptability, and supportiveness, with the ability to work in a multi-agency environment and develop rapport with participants and partners.
  • Knowledge of the digital and technology sectors, digital apprenticeships, and entry-level IT jobs.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and skills required by successful candidates.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly.
Additional Information

Salary: £30,000 - £31,000

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Flexibility: Remote working with occasional outreach in the community

Screening: DBS - Enhanced level
