Community Integrated Care seeks 2 passionate Support Workers for a Supported Living Service in Pontefract, WF8. You will deliver person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, doing meaningful work that improves independence and quality of life.
We offer shifts from 07:30 to 15:00, 14:00 to 21:30, plus sleeping and waking nights. Benefits include 28 days leave (pro rata for part-time), pension, DBS paid, and ongoing development opportunities.
We are seeking 2 passionate and caring Support Workers for our Supported Living Service (Adults with Learning Disabilities) in Pontefract, WF8.
We would ideally like applicants to hold full UK Driving Licence.
We would need you to commit to the shift patterns of 07.30 to 15.00, 14.00 to 21.30, including a sleeping night which is 14.45 to 22.15 finishing at 07.30 the following day, and a waking night 21.30 to 07.30.

The Service is a unique bungalow with 4 bedrooms. The tenants share the communal lounge and kitchen.
