Job description

We're looking for a Female Support Worker to join a vibrant and compassionate team supporting 2 wonderful ladies with learning disabilities. They live in the same home in Warrington and are looking for someone who can help to make the most of every day! If you're a cat lover - they share their home with a very friendly feline who loves a bit of attention too!

What will I be doing?

  • Daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Household chores to help her maintain independence and pride in their home
  • Fun hobbies - walking groups, bingo, choir, day trips, coffee and cake, dancing to a favourite music and many more!
  • Community activities - volunteering in charity shops and hospital shops
  • Encouragement to engage in activities and hobbies they enjoy

Shift Patterns: We are looking for people who can be flexible to work weekdays and weekends. Shift times: Days 10am - 10pm. Shifts typically begin around 10am; however, an earlier start may be required for appointments. Finish times can vary between 5pm and 10pm, so flexibility with start and end times is essential to meet the individual needs of the ladies supported.
