Job summary

Accomplish Group is seeking two X2 Support Workers for Friern Barnet (N11). The role offers £13.45–£14.05 per hour and involves 35–40 hours per week. Successful candidates will work day, night, and weekend shifts to support people with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs.

Full training is provided, with opportunities for development within the service and organisation. DBS checks and initial induction are part of the onboarding process.

• Experience in care is not required; full training provided.

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Promoting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.

Our specialist Supported Living service in Fairford SL, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.

As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day-to-day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
