Job summary

Keys Group operates Fairford SL in London and is seeking two Support Workers to provide day-to-day care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, and activities that promote independence in a person-centred environment.

Full induction and ongoing training are provided to help you develop skills, alongside a supportive team, flexible shift patterns including day, night and weekend work, and access to employee

Qualifications

• Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

We require x2 Support workers who are able to work day & night shifts as well as weekends. Our specialist Supported Living service in Fairford SL, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs. As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
