Orbis Education & Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Pembroke Dock to assist adults with autism and complex needs. You will help with daily activities, personal care, and social interactions while working with a specialist team to promote growth and independence.

The role requires flexibility for shift work including weekends and some nights, and offers career progression along with health plans and referral rewards.
