Job summary

Orbis Education & Care Limited near Neath is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Forestry House. The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, with shifts across days, evenings, nights and weekends. A full UK driving licence is essential and sleep-ins are paid at £57 per night.

You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. Training is provided and an Enhanced DBS with barred list check is required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required - full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with daily living to promote wellbeing.
• Drive individuals to appointments, activities and community visits.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support.
• Encourage independence and develop everyday life skills.
• Work as part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
• Complete daily records and relevant documentation.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning and general household tasks.
