Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Leeds to assist individuals with learning disabilities in gaining employment and engaging with the community at Courtyard Services Horsforth. You will work in a warm, vibrant setting, supporting daily living, skills development, and independence.

Role includes practical and emotional support, with part-time hours and a minimum 22.5 hours per week. Courtyard Apartments require flexible hours between 08:30–16:30, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Work with Courtyard Apartments to support individuals to access employment and community involvement.
• Prepare healthy, high-quality food and drinks, maintain food hygiene and health & safety.
• Provide practical and emotional support to service users.
• Support the wider team and ensure the smooth running of the service.
