CareTech UK Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker in Coventry to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role involves managing a small team, ensuring high-quality care and effective communication across shifts. Training and progression opportunities are available within CareTech.

The position is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a rota-based schedule and a pay rate of £12.79 per hour. Applications are reviewed in due course.

Formación

• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day to day management of a team of staff within the service.
• Take responsibility for the care provided to tenants/residents whilst on duty.
• Communicate effectively via verbal, written and electronic routes and maintain robust information processes.
• Be part of the senior team on-call rota.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, carers and the care team.
