Job summary

CareTech in Coventry is recruiting Team Leaders to support adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and mental health needs. The role involves delivering person-centred support, assisting with daily living skills, and promoting independence within a rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience in a social care environment preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to work towards a care qualification.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
