Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a caring Support Worker for our Uttoxeter residential service. You will help individuals gain more independence, assist with personal care, and support participation in local community activities and outings.

The role involves rota shifts Mon-Sun (early 8:00–15:00 and late 15:00–22:00) with a focus on promoting confidence and life skills. DBS checks and references apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Support Workers sought to enhance quality of life for the people we support.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Teach new life skills and encourage community involvement.
• Support with activities, outings, and socialisation to promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
