Job summary

Voyage Care in Uttoxeter is seeking a genuine, hands-on Support Worker to help people gain more independence in daily life within a friendly residential team.

You will assist with personal care, encourage community involvement, and participate in rota-based early and late shifts; no two days are the same, with opportunities to learn new skills and advance within a sector leading organisation.

Typical Shifts

Required to work on a rota basis; Monday to Sunday, covering the following shifts - Early shifts: 8:00am-3:00pm and Late shifts: 3:00pm-10:00pm (long days also available)

About the Role

We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in Uttoxeter is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support at the seaside, the next you could be swimming, going for a walk or going to the cinema.
