Job summary

Langley Trust in Taunton invites a compassionate Support Worker to join a dedicated team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is 37.5 hours over 3 x 12.5-hour shifts, including some weekend work, with a salary of £25,592 per year.

You will provide keywork support, maintain client records, assist with personal care per care plans and contribute to a safe, respectful environment while collaborating in team meetings and service planning.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work weekends and on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide keywork support and maintain client records using the Langley Client File.
• Follow medication procedures, supporting participation and meetings, and assist with safety and rota/team activities.
• Provide personal care as per care plans (hygiene, dressing, continence, mobility) and keep records up to date.
• Assess and manage risk and safety, liaising with stakeholders as needed.
