Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Hemsworth is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to residents in our maternity cover role, 40 hours per week, with a mix of day and night shifts.

You will help residents work toward independence, participate in local activities, and follow care plans. DBS paid, 28 days leave, and flexible hours are provided as part of this role, which ends on 29 May 2027.
