Job summary

Southdown is seeking dedicated Support Workers in Hove to assist adults with learning disabilities to lead full, active lives. You’ll help clients access the community through walks on the beach, cinema visits, shopping and cafe trips, while supporting daily tasks at home to build confidence and independence.
