United Response is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Nottinghamshire to help people live independent, fulfilling lives. The role involves building relationships, supporting daily routines, and helping people access activities and community resources.

You will work with individuals with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs, following personal support plans and using Nourish-like apps when required. DBS checks apply and weekend work may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines including dressing and personal care.
