Job summary

Agincare Nottingham is seeking a Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities lead independent, fulfilling lives. You will assist with daily routines, personal care and meaningful activities, fostering trust and person-centred care within a values-led team.

We offer full training up to QCF Level 5, a guaranteed progression path, and shifts across full time, part time, bank and night options. Applicants must have a Full UK driving licence and valid right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach.
• Willingness to learn and build trust.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
• Shifts: full time, part time, bank and night shifts.
