Job summary

Easycare 4 U Limited is seeking dedicated Support Workers for a supported living environment in the UK. You will provide person-centred support to vulnerable adults, helping them develop independence and manage daily living tasks.

The role involves trauma-informed, strengths-based assistance, safeguarding, and collaboration with health and social care professionals. Full-time, part-time, and bank shifts are available with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Essential 6 months or more experience of the care sector in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing practical, emotional and social support to residents.
• Supporting individuals with daily living skills including cooking, budgeting, cleaning and maintaining their accommodation.
• Encouraging independence and positive decision-making.
• Supporting residents to attend appointments and access appropriate services.
• Working in accordance with individual support plans, risk assessments and behavioural support plans.
• Recognising and responding to safeguarding concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records, case notes and incident reports.
• Collaborating with housing, health, social care, probation and other professionals.
