Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience within care or support work
• Confident providing personal care and medication support
• Epilepsy Awareness training or experience
• DBS Update Service is advantageous; we can assist with a new one

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medication support
• Promote health and wellbeing in a patient-centered way
• Create engaging activities (arts, crafts, cooking)
• Support trips into the local community and on-site farm activities
• Encourage independence and new experiences
