Compassionate Care Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality support to clients with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, and social activities, while maintaining dignity and independence for each individual.

Role includes a rolling 4 days on/4 days off schedule with 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm). A full driving licence and access to a car are essential, along with eligibility to work in the
