Job summary

Custom Links Care Ltd. is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities across our Living, Day Centre and Respite services in Rochford and surrounding areas.

You will provide person-centred support, help with daily routines and promote independence while building meaningful relationships in a friendly, supportive team. DBS checks and training will be provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Care or support work experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to complete relevant training and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily routines and personal care where required.
• Promote independence and help people develop everyday living skills.
• Support access to community activities, appointments and social opportunities.
• Encourage confidence, communication and meaningful relationships.
• Provide consistent, compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities and additional needs.
• Follow safeguarding procedures, risk assessments and individual support plans.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality support.
