Job summary

Custom Links Care Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers in Stanford-le-Hope and surrounding areas to help adults with learning disabilities live more independent lives. You will provide person-centred support in homes and the local community, promoting dignity, choice and inclusion while encouraging everyday living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is beneficial.
• Able to communicate effectively with adults with learning disabilities.
• Willing to learn and complete relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities.
• Assist with daily routines, personal care and independent living skills.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion in home and community settings.
• Support access to community activities and maintain social relationships.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and individual care plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality support.
