Agincare is hiring a Support Worker in Colsterworth, Lincolnshire, eight miles from Grantham. You will help individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live independently at home and in the community.

We offer full time, part time and bank positions, with a range of benefits and funded training to support career development. The role focuses on person-centred outcomes and teamwork within a compassionate local service.

Responsabilidades

• Encouraging people to participate in community activities and promote independence.
• Support daily living activities including personal care, routines, meal planning and budgeting.
• Communicate effectively using preferred methods of each person.
• Engage and motivate individuals to improve quality of life.
• Provide positive behavioural support where needed.
• Keep accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
• Work as part of a team and use initiative when required.
