Job summary

Voyage Care is hiring a Support Worker in Leamington Spa. The role pays £12.72 per hour, with enhancements on evenings, weekends and overtime. Typical shifts are 7:00am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 10:00pm, with a supported living service focused on helping people gain independence.

You will support individuals in daily activities, personal care and community engagement within a dynamic team. Training and development opportunities are provided, with DBS checks and references required.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress and mental health conditions.
• Experience working with autism and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Assist with personal care.
• Encourage access to local communities, socialise and participate in activities.
• Support people in outings to bars, pubs, cinemas and other social settings.
• Promote confidence and independence to achieve personal goals.
