The role may involve working in clients' homes or in community settings, with training provided and a focus on empowerment, safety, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient are valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with a learning disability in daily living and personal care.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and ambitions.
• Assist with planning and managing home, leisure, employment and travel.
• Provide emotional support and build trust with service users.
