Job summary

Community Integrated Care is recruiting an enthusiastic Support Worker to help a gentleman with learning disabilities in his own home across Aberdeen and surrounding areas. You will support daily activities, build trusting relationships and promote independence, while delivering person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Support a gentleman with learning disabilities in his own home.
• Provide 24/7 support including sleepovers as part of the rota.
• Assist with activities the gentleman enjoys and help him stay active in the community.
