Job summary

Reside Support Limited in Cheshire is recruiting Support Workers to provide person-centred care in individuals' own homes. A full UK driving licence is essential as you may drive the supported person's car.

You will work as part of the Operations team under the Registered Manager, delivering daily living support, safeguarding, and documentation, and you may cover nights and alternate weekends.

Job description

We are looking to recruit Support Workers who have a full driving licence and are prepared to drive the supported individual's car with to join our dedicated team in Cheshire, supporting an individual in their own home.

Team: Operations

Reports to: Registered Manager

Purpose of the Role

To provide high quality, person centred support that promotes independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing for adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs. The role ensures individuals receive consistent, compassionate support aligned with Reside Support's values, regulatory standards, and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

Care & Support

  • Deliver person centred support tailored to individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living skills including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
  • Support with personal care, medication, and mobility where required
  • Promote independence, choice, and meaningful engagement
  • Maintain a safe environment and follow all health & safety procedures
  • Report safeguarding concerns immediately in line with policy
