Job summary

Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers in Bradford to provide quality care to individuals with mental health support needs. You will develop trusting relationships, support recovery, and help clients set and pursue recovery goals while upholding dignity and privacy.

Full training is provided, with opportunities to progress through our Development Pathway and WE CARE framework. A UK driving licence is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Warmth, reliability and proactiveness are required for the role.
• Ability to develop trusting relationships with service users.
• Ability to work in partnership with service users through recovery.

Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Bradford to provide quality care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.

Your Role Will Include

• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns
• Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service users
• Helping service users to develop recovery focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration
• Respecting the service users’ right to privacy, ensuring that their dignity is maintained at all times

Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework.

Must be able to drive with UK licence.

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
