Job summary

Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Keighley, West Yorkshire to provide quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. The service has 6 individuals with low support requirements but they require support to develop daily life skills.

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care, with a probationary bonus and progression pathways within a values-led, inclusive

• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns
• Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service users
• Helping service users to develop recovery focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration
• Respecting the service users’ right to privacy, ensuring that their dignity is maintained at all times
