Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a dynamic Weekend Support Worker for our Bidford-on-Avon service in Warwickshire. You will help residents with daily activities and community participation, ensuring safety and promoting independence.

Flexibility is essential to cover weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays. A full, clean driving licence is required; the role offers progression via our Development Pathway and access to training and DBS support.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as per service needs.
• Experience or comfort working with individuals with learning disabilities, cerebral palsy or autism is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support service users with activities at home and in the community, including shopping trips and attending work/college.
• Engage in a range of activities such as trips to local venues and organised events.
• Work on weekends, evenings, waking nights and bank holidays as required by the service.

Creative Support is looking for a dynamic, reliable and proactive Weekend Support Worker to join our energetic staff team in Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire. At this bespoke development, we provide quality care and support to individuals with a range of support needs including Learning Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy and Autism.

No two days will be the same at this vibrant service in Bidford, as our service users love to take part in a wide range of activities at home and out in the community. Activities can include shopping trips to Birmingham, attending work and college, visiting the Sea Life centre and many more! If you are looking for a fun and exciting job then this could be the perfect role for you.

The service is located in Bidford-on-Avon and has great transport links. It is an easy commute from Eavesham, Stratford, Birmingham, Worcester and Redditch.

We are offering full-time and part-time hours for this role. Hours are to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service, including weekends, evenings, wakings nights and bank holidays.

A full, clean driving licence is essential for this role.
