Shaw healthcare at Warmere Court in Yapton, West Sussex, is seeking a Day Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care. The role offers 24 hours per week at £13.80 per hour, with day shifts on a 4-week rota (7:45–20:15, 6 or 12 hours) and alternating weekends.

No prior experience is required; full training and ongoing development are provided, with a focus on dignity, respect, and inclusion within a supportive team.
