Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Bee Fold Lane, Atherton. If you’re caring, reliable and want a role where your work makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you. No experience? No problem—full training is provided, including specialist tracheostomy and ventilation care.

The role is on site in Atherton, 36 hours per week, with pay starting at £12.71 per hour and rising to £13.21 after training. We offer ongoing support and a welcoming, person-centred environment.

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual support plans.
• Support with personal care, medication, activities, and physical and emotional wellbeing.

• Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns.
• Support the Service Manager with complaints or concerns when required.
• Help create a safe, caring and positive environment.

• Pay: £12.71 – Raising to £13.21 (Higher rate applicable once trained and signed off as competent in tracheostomy and ventilation care)

No experience? No problem! Full training is provided, including specialist training in tracheostomy and ventilation care.

At Bee Fold Lane it is a warm, friendly 10-bed nursing home in a peaceful residential area of Atherton.

We support adults with complex health needs, including acquired brain injuries, providing care that is personal, respectful and built around each individual.

Our home is bright, welcoming and homely, with spacious dining and activity areas and nutritious home-cooked meals prepared in our fully equipped kitchen.
