Lifeways is hiring a Support Worker to join our team in the community. You will work across day and waking night shifts, helping residents with daily routines and activities.

We provide training and development, a supportive environment, and opportunities to grow within the organisation. This role is based in the Birmingham area and offers £12.71 per hour with eligible rewards.

Shifts: 07:00–22:00 (Day) | 22:00–07:00 (Waking Night)
